| | |  The five bedrooms, two suites and three double bedrooms are located on the first floor of the villa; all of them are furnished with a variety of period furniture pieces from the early twentieth century giving each room a very personal touch. As typical in Tuscany all rooms feature exposed wood-beam ceilings and cotto floors. All five rooms are well lit with natural light coming in from at least two large chestnut wood windows offering a nice view over the park and the pool-area. All bathrooms are almost as large as the bedrooms in the best Tuscan tradition. |
 The "Olivo" (Suite 2+2):
The larger of the available suites has an adjoining sitting room which may double as a double bedroom. A walnut veneer master bed and mahogany veneer night-tables add to the charm of the room. Worth noticing the splendid empire style wardrobe with doors featuring a large mirror each. Independent heating, satellite TV and bathroom with shower. |
 The "Timo" (Suite 2+1):
The smaller of the two suites has a small ajoining sitting room which may double as a single bedroom. Cherry-wood master bed and night-tables from the early twentieth century. Bedroom with queen-size bed and single bed (upon request). Independent heating, satellite TV and bathroom with shower. |
 The "Lauro" (double-bedroom):
As may be noted from the typical attic roof this bedroom was converted from the old turret of the villa, anciently used as a dovecote and a store-room for wheat and cured-meats. Being located on the top floor of the villa in the typical Leopoldine turret, this bedroom offers guests absolute intimacy and privacy. Independent heating, satellite TV and bathroom with shower. |
 The "Rosmarino" (double-bedroom):
The smallest and yet the most charming of the available bedrooms. This bedroom is furnished with period furniture. To notice the Provencal style wardrobe. ). Independent heating, satellite TV and bathroom with shower. |
The "Salvia" (double-bedroom):
One of the three double bedrooms furnished with fine lacquered mahogany period furniture. Queen-size bed. Independent heating, satellite TV and bathroom with shower. |
