• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are quoted per apartment/villa.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The breakfast is not included in the rate. Buffet continental breakfast is served upon request
• Is heating included in the price?
  The heating is not included in the rate. It has to be paid at check out.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes of course, bill can be settled on arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English and Spanish are spoken.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are no elevators in the apartments, and they are built on two floors.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The apartments are beautifully decorated, with warm colours, they are private, quiet, and romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  All linen and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  All apartments are in the countryside.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  There are no balconies.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, but usually people don't smoke inside.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Television with flat screen with sat and international Channels are in the apartments/villas.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  There are no telephones available into the apartments.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is no air conditioning but it is not necessary, because of the location even in summertime it is never too hot.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Every single apartment have a dining room. There is a restaurant where dinner can be booked on request.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  There is not Internet Point.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  There is a swimming pool, open from mid May to mid September.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Parking space is available for parking.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Cars can be rented in Montevarchi, town just outside exit from Highway A1 Rome Florence.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Grocery Stores and supermarkets are available in Bucine or Ambra.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Vineyeards are located into the property.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence is 62 Kms - Siena 37 Kms - Pisa is 167 Kms.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Bucine is 5 Kms - Ambra is 3 Kms.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest Airport is Florence Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We do not have shuttle services from/to the Airport but it can be arranged. Our suggestion is to rent a car at the Airport.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  There are no bus stop nearby.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Bucine railway station is the nearest one.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Fitness center is available for guests at no extra charge: Gym and Turkish bath.
• Are pets welcome?
  No pets are not allowed.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  There is a restaurant and meals can be ordered on request.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, it is not possible.
