• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 4pm until 7pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The weekly price is per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No it's not included.
• Is heating included in the price?
  No, it's not included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, the payment is at your arrival. It necessary also give a caution that we will give you back in the end of the stay.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  In maximun 2 floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are and there are also available romantic meals.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, we provide for it.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, almost of them have terrace or private garden.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Only the Green apartment.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes they are all no smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, we have tv satellite whit german, french and american and english channel.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No there are no telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes there are air conditioning in almost of them, there is the service card, extra charge from the 1st June to the 30th September that include air conditioning, electricity charge, laundry in common , kids area, use of the swimming pool and the rental mountain bike.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, every apartment has kitchen but there is also a big gazebo for have dinner all together and where organize event.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes on request.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, it's open from 1st may to the 30th October.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, the parking it's available for free.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the airport.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes at only 1km.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  No, but there are olive oil trees.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  10km from Florence, 70km from Siena, 60 km from Pisa.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Calenzano.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, it's upon payment.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  It's at 1,5km.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Sesto Fiorentino Train Station at only 10 minutes.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  There is the sauna shower and a exterior jacuzzi bath in the Yellow apartment, and jacuzzi bath internal in the Green, Barn, Blue and red appartement.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, upon payment.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but on reservation we can prepare meals whit personal cook.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes you can in the Pink, Red, Green and Yellow.
