• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 4pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Price are per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is not included.

  Heating is not included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Little english and little french.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Only the rosa dei venti has 2 floors.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linens and towels are included.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  The apartments have a courtyard with tables and chair.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There are satellite tv in the apartments.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is air conditioning in the apartaments ,it's included.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?

  Yes, in each apartments there is an internet point.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, it's open from 15 th of may to 30 th of september.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes.
• Where can we rent a car?

• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?

• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  From Foiano to Florence 80 km, to siena 45km, to pisa 150 km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The nearest village is Foiano della Chiana.

  The nearest airport are Florence and Perugia.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  On request and upon payment.
