• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3.30pm, Check Out before 10.30am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The prices are per rooms/apartments.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is included in the room, but it isn't in the apartment.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, heating is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, it is posible to pay the bill on arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English, French, Spanish and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 2 floors and we don't have the lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Each room is independent. All the rooms are romantic and confortable. Our rooms are peaceful and private looking the countryside.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  All linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  One of our bedrooms have a terrace. Two of the apartments has a private terrace.
  
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  One of our bedrooms have a terrace. Two of the apartments has a private terrace.
  
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  We suggest to not smoke in the rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Each room has a satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  The telephones are not yet installed in our rooms. However, you may use our house telephone for important incoming.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No we don't have any air conditioning, but the rooms are fresh in summer.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  We offer the dinner in a area all together.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, but Internet is provided in all the rooms and apartments.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Our swimming pool is 13 meters long and is for the exclusive use of our guests.
  
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, parking is available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  There are many car hire firms in Arezzo and at all airports and railway stations.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  There are many grocery stores and supermarkets nearby.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, there are many independent vineyards in this valley owned by small local farmers. Arezzo province has many vinyards some taking in the Chianti region. However, many guests also take charming drive to the Chianti region and other important wine producing areas.
  
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence is 54 kms far, Arezzo 32 kms far, Siena is 72 km far and Pisa is 142 km far.
  
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Poppi is our town. Arezzo the city most closed
• Which is the nearest airport?
  There are various airports: Firenze (Amerigo Vespucci) and Perugia (Adamo Giulietta), however both Rome, Pisa and Bologna airports are each within 2 hours.
  
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  There are high speed train links from Arezzo to Florence, Rome, Milan, Pisa etc. We can arrange to collect passengers from Poppi station.
  
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Buses run frequently from Poppi to Arezzo and Florence. A local service is working all the days and the bus stop is near the ralway station of Poppi.
  
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Poppi is the nearest railway station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  We make acquagym classes during the summer.
  However there are a number of gyms in the town. Here there are various walks and cycling tours our guests can explore.
  
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, they are, we love animals.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  We serve breakfast. We can also provide dinners with a reservation. Light lunches are available around the pool-side.
  
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, there is modem connection.
