• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 5pm until 8pm, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is not included but there are many bars near the property where you can have breakfast.
• Is heating included in the price?
  No, heating is not included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, if you want to.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The apartments are located on the ground and first floor and there is no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The farmhouse is located in the countryside and it is therefore very quiet, the partments are very romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  We provide them.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  There are no apartments with terrace but there are two terraces in the property one by the swimming pool the other one at the barbeque and our guests can enjoy both of them.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Apartment San Gimignano has 2 balconies, one in the living room and the other in the bedroom.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, guests can smoke if they want.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is a satellite TV in every apartment.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is no telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is no air conditioning.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Each apartment have a living room and there is also a big terrace with table and chairs beside the barbeque.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there is a swimming pool 7x14m. It is open since the 1st May until the 31st October.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there is a parking.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At Castelfiorentino 5 minutes away from the farmhouse and at Florence, Pisa and so on.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  There are several supermarkets less than 5 minutes driving.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  There are several vineyards nearby where you can enjoy relaxing walks.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence 30 km, Siena 50 km, Pisa 50 km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The nearest village is Castelnuovo d'elsa, the nearest city is Florence.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, this service is not available.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Castelnuovo d'Elsa.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Castelfiorentino.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Small pets are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but there are several restaurants nearby.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you cannot.
