By car: Get onto the A1 motorway, which links Rome to Florence. From the south: Come off the motorway at Chiusi-Chianciano Terme. From the north: Come off the motorway at Valdichiana. Following the road signs, find your way to Montepulciano and then follow the directions given on the map to get to the Casale. By train: There is a mainline station at Chiusi (trains going from Rome to Florence) and from Chiusi one can get a bus called the Ferroviaria Italiana to Montepulciano. By plane: The nearest airports are Pisa, Florence and Rome. |
