• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: from 15.00 till 19.00.
  Check-out: within 11.00.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is for double room and for apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, but only for Bed & Breakfast.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 4 rooms on the ground floor and 4 rooms on the first floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  There are 2 bedrooms with a nice view over the village of San Gimignano.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  We haven't any rooms with balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there is a swimming pool 7x14 metres.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there is a parking at 20 metres from the farmhouse.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In San Gimignano, 2 kms away from the farmhouse.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  There is a supermarket at 2 km.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, we have 6,5 hectars of vineyards all around.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence is 55 kms, Siena 36 kms, Pisa 80 kms.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  San Gimignano is at 2 kms.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  It's at 2 kms.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Poggibonsi that is at 12 kms from the farm house.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?

• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
