• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: on Saturday, between 04.00 pm and 08.00 pm. Check-out: on Saturday, within 10.00 am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices is per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, a rich buffet breakfast. The half board basis (fixed menu with 4 courses) can be enjoyed at our restaurant Il Poggiaggio, always committed to offer high quality courses. Ristorante il Poggiaccio is also a la carte and you can choose among a wide selection of wines.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, but a 30% down payment has to be payed upon reservation.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German, French, Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The apartments are on the ground or first floor and attic.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, partly.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
