• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: from 10,30am to 12,30pm
  from 15,30pm to 18,30pm
  Check-out: within 10.00 am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The ground floor and the first floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all rooms are quiet and particularly romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, but there is a garden around the farmhouse with tables and chairs.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Only Sat TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, upon request.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes. Nice Panoramic Swimming Pool available from May to October.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In San Gimignano or at Florence railway station or Pisa/Florence Airports.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, at 2 Km in San Gimignano.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Siena Km 48 - Firenze Km 58 - Pisa Km 90 - Volterra Km 30.
