- At what time can we check-in and out?
All accommodations, Check In from 4pm until 8pm, Check Out before 10am. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
The price is per room per night. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
The price includes a rich buffet breakfast. - Is heating included in the price?
Heating is included in the price. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
If you want you can do it, otherwise you can settle it on your check-out date. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
English, German, French. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
Groundfloor and first floor. We do not have a lift. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
All rooms are very quiet and romantic. - Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
They are provided. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
Superior rooms have a panoramic terrace or a small private garden. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?

All rooms are non smoking.. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
The TV is under request. We have BBC, ZDF and CNN. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
Yes. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?

Yes, for the moment only the reception's computer. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
The swimming pool is always open. - Is parking or garage available?
Parking is available in the garden. - Where can we rent a car?
In Sienna and Florence. - Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
There are supermakets and any kind of stores in the nearest village (Castellina in Chianti) which is 9 km away from here. - Are there vineyards nearby?
Yes, surrounding all the place. - How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
Florence 30 km, Siena 30 km, Pisa 100 km. - Which is the nearest village or town?
Castellina in Chianti which is 9 km away from here. - Which is the nearest airport?
Florence. - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
