We had a sensational stay at this residence. It is a beautiful property at a great location. The lady in charge of the property was very friendly and courteous and couldn't do enough for us. We defeinitely plan to go back one day. 10 out of 10!

We did not know that there was a TV/Video - we could have brought some videos for our children. Also list that there is a major supermarket in the nearby town. Otherwise, website is great!

A great place to relax and do nothing but at the same time it is so close to Florence and Siena - the best of both worlds.

The directions were a bit confusing.. I think you need to check the distances quoted from San Casciano to the Villa as they are not quite right. Perhaps a small map of the local area would help.

Ilaria our host was wonderful. The Villa was everything a more than we were expecting. Beautiful, pool, accommodations, comfortable beds. Scenerary beautiful.

It is a beautiful, charming place to stay. We felt very welcome, nothing was a problem to our host. Accommodation was spacious, clean and comfortable with beautiful decor. Lovely views, pool.. everything you imagine Tuscany to be.

The directions were clear until we arrived in the town of San Casciano.

Overall, we were very pleased. However, the bedroom upstairs with the private bath was subject to noise in the late evening from the adjacent long-term tennant.
On occasion, the first floor shower ran out of hot water.
