• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  No, it is not possible.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The apartments are all on a single floor and there is no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all the rooms are very quiet.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, they are provided and included in the price.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Each apartment has a terrace with different size.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they have not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we have not.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is a satellite tv in each apartment.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is no air conditioning.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we have.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there a swimming pool, open from 15th May to 30th September.

  There is a parking available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In the Rassina village, 20 km distance from Casaccia.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there are many nearby.

  Yes, there are.

  Florence: 55km.
  Siena: 180 km.
  Pisa: 200 km.

  The nearest village is Poppi, 5 km away.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence Airport Amerigo Vespucci.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we have not.

• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
