 The "Gelso" apartment:
This apartment it's on two floors and it's more than 70 square metres large. On the ground floor there is a large " live in " kitchen with an ample store room, a dining room with glass door that face a private terrace and garden, a large living room with an original tuscan wood burning fire place and a double sofa-bed; |
 German, Italian and English satellite television, a large table for 8-10 persons and hi-fi. In the kitchen there is the dishes machine. The first floor is reached by an ample wooden stair case, here can be found a gallery type attic with it's double-bed room; on the same floor is a little, lighted bed room with one bed (it's possible to have another bed over the first) and a shower bath-room where it's also the washing-machine.
All the rooms are heated by radiant air. The apartment has entrance, parking place, large terrace, big garden and barbecue pit all private and it's in the full country and, at the same, 30 m. far from the first houses of the village. |
 The Cypress Cottage:
It's a private little house with four bed places of about 90 square meters large. The hay loft is equipped with the following items: entrance, parking area , terrace and two little gardens, all private:
When you enter in the cottage you find a large country- style living room well lighted , with a wood burning fire place, a comfortable cooking area, the washing machine and the dishes machine, private telephone and French, English, Italian and German satellite television. |
 From this room you can reach two double bed rooms , one on the ground floor very fresh in summer time and another is a romantic attic bed room (with a baby crib ) . A large bath with shower is on the ground floor. Outside, under a " loggia " type enclosure, there is a wood burning oven and barbecue pit.
Three tables in different points to eat outside; umbrella, chairs and all what it's necessary to stay out. From our location there is a splendid view of the Greve valley extending to the hills of Florence.
All accommodation are equipperd with: wood-fired oven, fireplace, blender, sitting room and dining room. |
