• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2.30pm until 7.30pm, Check Out before 10.30am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The prices are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is included in the price of the room and includes home made cakes, biscuits, rusks, fresh bread with butter, jam or honey, yogurt, cereal, fresh fruit juices, coffee and tea.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Each room has an ecological heating system and the cost is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes you can. On check-out you must settle all extras (drinks and meals).
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English, French, Spanish, Russian, Danish and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 2 floors: 2 rooms are at the ground floor, all the others are at the first floor and the suites are at the third. We have a lift for personnel use only but in case of need and with one of the staff, customers may use it.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All our rooms are indipendent and they can all be considered peaceful, quiet and romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  All linens and towels (even those for the swimming pool and the fitness centre) are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  One of our suite have a big terrace facing our garden and the valley. Two rooms have a courtyard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  One of our room has a balcony facing our big courtyard and the balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All of our rooms are non-smoking. There are plenty of areas around the farm complex where customers can smoke.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Each room has satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  The telephones are not yet installed in our rooms. However, you may use our house telephone for important incoming and outgoing calls.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Each room has got an ecological air refreshing system and the cost of that is included in the price.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  There is our restaurant where you can enjoy both lunch and dinner.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  In each room there is the possibility to connect your laptop to internet and the cost is included in the price.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Our swimming pool is 15 meters long and is for the exclusive use of our guests. It is opened from April to the beginning of November as the water is heated.
  
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes parking is available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Both at Florence railway station and at Florence airport, but there are many car hire firms both in Florence and in our nearby villages.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  In Diacceto, where we are located, you can find a supermarket, a butcher's shop, a bakery, a cafè...
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Vineyards and olive groves are part of our property.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence is 20 km far from here, Siena and Pisa are at about 90 km from here.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Diacceto is the village where we are located, Pelago a bit bigger than Diacceto is at about 3 km from here, and Pontassieve is at 10 km.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  "Amerigo Vespucci" airport is at about 30 km from here.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we do. On request we can arrange transfer both from Florence main train station and from Florence Airport.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus-stop is at 5 minutes walking from here and buses run frequently from Florence station up to here.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is in Pontassieve and trains run very often from Florence to Pontassieve and back. From/to Pontassieve we can either arrange a transfer service or customers can take the bus.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Yes we have a beautiful fitness center with Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath and massages room. It is for the exclusive use of our guests and they do not have to pay an extra charge to use them.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes all pets are welcome, of course they are not admitted in the restaurant and in the property they must always be kept on the leash.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes we have a beautiful restaurant both indoors and outdoors on the veranda and guests are always welcome to enjoy both lunch and dinner.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes each room has got an internet point and they can connect whenever thay want without paying an extra charge.
