• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 5pm, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The prices are per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is included. We offer a continental breakfast that includes fresh, organic products, fragrant biscuits and cakes baked by the owner, cereal, yogurt, fruit juices, coffee, milk and tea.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Each apartment has central heating that is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  No, you can not.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak Italian, English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 2 floors and all the rooms are set upstairs but we do not have a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All the rooms are different and romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  All linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  There are common terraces and garden.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, they do.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is a TV in each apartment.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is a direct dial telephone in each room.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is not air conditioning.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, there is but you can use it on request.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there is a swimming pool, open from May to September.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, parking is available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  There are some car rentals in Chianciano and Chiusi.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  There are many stores and supermarkets in Montepulciano (6km) and Chianciano Terme (2km).
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  We have in our property a two hectar vineyard.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence 110 km, Siena 60km, Pisa 220km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The nearest village is Chianciano Terme at 2 km.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Florence Airport (130 km).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus-stop is in Chianciano Terme (1,3 km).
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Chiusi and Chianciano Terme.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, they are but only small pets.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, but only for short connection.
