Nice looking foyer and very pleasant and helpful staff.

The food was very good and the waiters were very friendly and helpful. The terrace restaurant was a positive addition to our stay.
Chambermaids also were very good.

The room could be freshened up and the bedding could be upgraded.
I am a US traveler and appreciate face cloths in the bathrooms which were not provided.

We had to depart for Florence at five AM and the hotel had arranged for a taxi for us that was right on time.
The Taxi stand is right across from the front door so if a taxi is required it is easy to obtain.

The restaurant on the top floor where we had dinner has a great few, the food was excellent as well as convienent and the wait staff was very pleasant.

The hotel entrance & reception area is very welcoming & gives the impression of a well run & very comfortable hotel.

The room was comfortable & the en-suite was excellent. The view was non-existent but we did not expect anything as we did not book a sea view. The restaurant (with its view) was fantastic. We would have liked the menu to be changed during the week - we did not eat there more than twice because of that. Overall a lovely experience.

Facilities to the beach (seemed to be use of a particular beach at discount)
(Some?) rooms without a seaview have no view - we looked imemdiately onto another building.

Situation - next to the main promenade & across from the sea. Beach availability, close to reastaurants, the harbour, the buses & taxi rank.
Hotel - wonderful views from restaurant terrace; food very good although the menu did not change during the week. Breakfast excellent. The staff were very friendly & efficient; always someone on reception & any were willing to help (& to listen to our beginners Italian). Lovely lounge area beyond the entrance to relax with coffee or a drink.
Room: very comfortable & quiet. Excellent en-suite.
Everywhere was very clean.

the front facing rooms can be noisy- the breakfast room on top floor was one of the best anywhere- we looked forward to breakfast

The air conditioning was very disappointing. It was impossible to adjust despite speaking to reception who said they would be able to adjust the same. In the circumstances the room was too warm so that at night I found sleeping difficult.
The bathroom was small.
We have stayed at this hotel previously and had no problem with the air conditioning although it was earlier in the year so it was less important.

Personally I would have wanted the room to be have more noise-reduction from the hallway. It was hard to sleep well in the mornings
