 Il Riccio: The building has undergone extensive restoration with exacting attention to the original architectural style. Classic Florentine "terracotta" paving and chestnut wood beams supporting the ceiling are some of the many elements of the typically Tuscan furnishing known the world over for its sober elegance and refined taste.The kitchen has been restored to its original state following the traditional design of rustic Tuscan kitchens of the past. Modern appointments have not however been overlooked. In the kitchen, and throughout the dwelling, every comfort has been incorporated, washing machine, television and air conditioning. Which allow for a more enjoyable and relaxing stay. For the traditionally Tuscan atmosphere are some fine pieces of antique furniture and a fireplace in the original style. The residence boasts full central heating allowing guests to experience the charm of Chianti's winter landscape. |
 La Lepre: The apartment bearing the name "La Lepre" (the hare) has been tastefully restored with skill and ability, employing only natural materials such as chestnut wood beams to support the ceiling and Florentine "terracotta" tiles for the floors. Tha authentic furnishings are true to traditional, Tuscan style and together create a warm and welcoming atmosphere recalling country life of bygone days. At the same time no comfort has been overlooked. The kitchen is fully appointed and the house is air conditioned in the hot months, heated in winter and is complete with television.  Il Moscardino: Il Moscardino is the latest apartment/house to be added to the cluster of houses that make up Il Pintello. Like the other houses, Il Moscardino is the result of the tasteful renovation of a traditional rustic Tuscan building. The house now boasts a large kitchen, 3 bedrooms; 2 double rooms and one twin room, 2 bathrooms and a living area with fireplace. The house is furnished exquisitely with hand made peices in wood and wrought iron and has all the modern conveniences; dishwasher, air conditioning and central heating, making it comfortable in all seasons.
Cleaning of the house/apartments:
We give our apartments to you completely cleaned. We beg to you leave them in the same condition, especially the kitchen and the fridge which must be left empty. In case of damage of pottery, dishes and equipment you must pay extra charges. For any damage caused to the apartment and to the estate's furnishings you must pay extra charges before leaving. |
