• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: after 16:00pm.
  Check-out: within 09:00am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The prices indicated are the weekly rates for apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German and French.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The farm is plunged in a very quiet location even if at just 1 km from the village.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  All linens are supplied by the property, except for towels to be used on the swimming pool.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Every apartment has its own independent space for outdoor living.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  T10 and T30 have a little balcony, while T43 has a very large terrace.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  By the swimming pool, there is an outdoor area provided with a large table and a big barbecue where you can dine together with friends or other guests of La Pieve.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there is a nice private pool with a little pool for children.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In San Gimignano (18 km).
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  In Montaione (1km from the farm).
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, all around the property.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence 50 km, Siena 45 km, Pisa 45 km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The closest village, Montaione, is at 1km.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence FLR, 47.6 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Castelfiorentino (9 km).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
