Accommodations

 The entire property has been carefully restored, with the highest respect of its original characteristics as well as of the surroundings, and converted into 15 tasteful apartments offering lovely guests accommodations of various types where the tuscan tradition live again in every architectonic detail: in the archs, in the terracotta tiled floors, in the open wood beamed ceilings.... |
Each apartment (even those on the first floor) has at its disposal independent entrance and its own outdoor-place in the garden (or terrace) provided with table, chairs, a sunshade and deck-chairs. |
 The apartments are supplied with all comforts: satellite colour TV, telephone, independent heating, (sometimes fireplaces, too) bathroom with shower, bed/bath/table linen (except for the swimming pool).
Kitchens are equipped with 4 burners-gas stove, fridge, cooking utensils, pots, dishes and coffee kettles. |
 La Pieve offer guests accommodations divided in three buildings or groups of apartments:
La Torre:
Located on the top of the hill, in a dominant position, La Torre was built on the walls of the ancient parish, whose remains are still visible.
It is composed of a single independent house
T10 (4+2 guests, sq. mt 83):
ground floor: living/dining room with open fireplace, cooking area, WC.
first floor: 1 double-bed room, 1 bedroom with twin beds, bathroom with shower. |
 Il Borgo:
It consists of 10 apartments: 5 two-rooms apartments, 4 three-rooms apartments and 1 four-rooms apartment:
T22 - T23 - T31 - T33 - T34 (2+2 guests, sq. mt 45/55): two-rooms apartments composed of living/dining room (T22 and T23 with open fireplace) with cooking area, double bed-room, bathroom with shower.
T20 - T21 - T30 - T32 (4+2 guests, sq. mt 48/62):
Living/dining room with cooking area (T21 with open fireplace), 1 double bed-room, 1 bedroom with twin beds, bathroom with shower.
T24 (6+2 guests, sq. mt 79):
Living/dining room with cooking area and open fireplace, 2 double bed-room, 1 bedroom with twin beds, 2 bathrooms with shower, large terrace. |
 Il Fortino:
It consists of 4 apartments: 2 two-rooms apartments, 2 three-rooms apartments.
T40 (4+2 guests sq. mt 71):
Ground and first floor: living/dining room with cooking area, 1 double bed-room, 1 open bedroom (gallery) with twin beds, bathroom with shower.
T41 - T42 (2+2 guests, sq. mt 52):
Ground floor: living/dining room with cooking area, double bed-room, bathroom with shower.
T43 (4+2 guests sq. mt 58):
First floor: living/dining room with cooking area and open fireplace, 1 double bed-rooms, 1 bedroom with twin beds, bathroom with shower, large terrace (about 80 sq.m).
PLEASE NOTE THAT: Each living room is provided with a double sofa bed. Beds in the twin bedded rooms can be joined together. |
