• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in before 18.00pm Check-out before 11.00am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per Room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, it's included.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, if you want.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Two floors without elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All our rooms are very quite, the garden surrounding the main house. Please see our Photo-Gallery for the romantic atmosphere you will find in our rooms.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, everything is provided from the property.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they don't.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All our rooms are no-smoking, smoking is allowed only in common areas.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No. Not in the rooms.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, it's free of charge.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, in the breakfast room.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, 16x8m 1.50H with all facilities.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, we have a large parking inside the property.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At Pistoia, if you want we can reserve a car before your arrive.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, few minutes aways you can find it.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, our vineyards is just in the front of your windows.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence, 35 Km. Pisa, 60 Km. Lucca, 45 Km. Siena, 100 Km.
  Nearest Seaside Area: Viareggio-Versilia, 90 Km.
  Nearest Skiing Area: Abetone, 60 Km
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Montagnana, Collodi with the Pinocchio's Park, Vinci Leonardo's birth place.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Pisa at 60 km and Florence At 35km...
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  At Montagnana 10 minutes walking.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Pistoia 2Km far.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, it is possible to eat only for the residents guest.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
