• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: from 02.00 until 08.00 pm.
  Check-out: before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per room / apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Included for the rooms in the villa: we offer buffet breakfast.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German, Spanish, Italian and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Groundfloor, 1.floor, 2.floor; no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  They are all.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  They are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  The apartments all have outdoor space. The rooms have no terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  In general the rooms are non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  In some apartments there is a TV. In the Villa you find a TV with satellite.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  We provide pre-paid mobile phones at the reception .
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  We have an internet-café.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Grosseto or Siena.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  In the next village - 14 km.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence: 120 km. Siena 45 km. Pisa: ca. 175 km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Paganico.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence 120 km. Pisa 175 km. Rome 200 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We can arrange on request.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Paganico.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Monte Antico (only 5km).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Sauna.
• Are pets welcome?
  On request.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
