• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: from 03.00 pm. till 08.00 pm.
  Check-out: before 10.30 am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is for the all property as it is an independent villa.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, it is not but we have a fully equipped kitchen where you can cook your own breakfast.
• Is heating included in the price?
  No, heating costs 10 Eur per day.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  2 floors, no elevators.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, they are.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  There is a wide terrace with wonderful views westwards and a garden with a pool.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we do not have it.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, we do not have air conditioning.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No,the closest internet cafe' is in Greve, 10 km away.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, 4 metres per 8 metres. It is an outdoor pool, therefore suitable for swimming during the summer months.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, for two cars inside the property.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Greve, 10 km away.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes,the closest are in San Polo 5 km away.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, plenty, we are in the Chianti Classico area.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence is 15 km away, Siena 30 km and Pisa 95 km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  San Polo, 5 km away.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence, 22 km away.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, I can provide for you. Customers will pay directely to the driver.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  In Strada in Chianti 5 km away and it brings you to Florence in 20 minutes.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Firenze "Santa Maria Novella" (Florence Central Station).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, they are not.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, there is no telephone at the Villa but the closest internet cafe' is in Greve, only 10 km away.
