• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm until 7.30pm, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room/apartment
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, buffet breakfast is included.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  No.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, each bedroom is quiet and romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  All linens and towels are supplied by the property.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Five rooms are superiors double with terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there is a large swimming pool set in 15.000 sq. Mt. of naturally landscaped grounds.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Firenze, in Siena, Colle Val d'Elsa or in the main airports.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, in Castellina in Chianti or in Poggibonsi.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence 50 minutes driving, Siena 30 minutes driving, San Gimignano 20 minutes driving, Castellina in Chianti 10 minutes driving, Poggibonsi 10 minutes driving.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence FLR, 40 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest town with rail connections is Poggibonsi.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
