• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: from 12.00 am.
  Check-out: before 10.00 am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Daily rate per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, continental breakfast is included in the price.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, heating is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  It is possible to pay the bill on arrival, though it is best to pay at the end of your stay in case there are any extra charges.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English and French are spoken at the front desk.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes. There are rooms which are particularly quiet and also romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linen and towels are provided by us.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  The rooms do not have terraces or court yards but all guests can make use of the park.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  The room called "I Lecci" has a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?

• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is a dining room where guests can dine together and meals can be prepared on special request.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, a 15m x 8m swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, a spacious parking lot is available for guests.
• Where can we rent a car?
  The closest car rentals are at Arezzo, Perugia or Chiusi. You can also rent cars at Florence railway station or Pisa/Florence Airports.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, the closest grocery store is at approx. 1 km from the Villa.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, there are vineyards nearby.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence is at an approx. distance of 95 km, Siena 55 km, Arezzo 30 Km, Rome 140 km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The closest town of Pergo is 1 km from the Villa.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Siena SAY, 59 Km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
