- At what time can we check-in and out?
Check-in: from 4pm.
Check-out: before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
The price is per apartment and per week, from Saturday to Saturday. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
Unfortunately we do not serve meals but there are plenty of typical Tuscan restaurants in the surroundings. - Is heating included in the price?
No, heating is not included. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
Yes, you can if you want to. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
English and German. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
We have some apartments on the ground floor and others on the first floor with a little staircase to get to it. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
All our apartments are completly independent and therefore very private and also very romantic. - Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
We can provide all lines and towels upon request. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
Some of our apartments on the ground floor have their own courtyard, the others on the first floor have a little terrace. Since not every apartment can offer you those amenities, please ask us when you book your accommodation if you want so. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
No, they do not. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
No, we have not. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
Yes, all our apartements are equiped with a satellite television set. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
No, there is not. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
No, we do not have air conditioning but temperature tend to be very mild even in summer time. - Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
No not right now, however we are working on it. - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
No, we do not have it. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
No, we deliberately choose not to have one so we can assure the safety of your kids and since we are pretty close to the sea side (less than 3 km) and to the thermal baths (about 2 km). - Is parking or garage available?
Yes, we have a covered parking for our guests. - Where can we rent a car?
In Piombino (15 km away). - Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
Yes, you can find it about 2.5 km away from our property. - Are there vineyards nearby?
Yes, there are. - How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
Florence is 140 km; Siena 110 km; Pisa 80 km. - Which is the nearest village or town?
The nearest town is Venturina. - Which is the nearest airport?
Pisa airport is the closest one. - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
No, we do not. - Which is the nearest bus-stop?
It is in Via Aurelia, loc. Lumiere. - Which is the nearest railway station?
It is the station of Campiglia Marittima. - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
No, there is not. - Are pets welcome?
Yes, they are. - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
No, there is not. - Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
No, you cannot.
