The accomodations were all that we expected. The staff was extremely helpful, particularly Erica. We had a wonderful time and hope to return.

A great place to stay while touring the Firenza, Lucca, Sienna area or to come just for a vacation.

It was delightful. It was quiet, it was very clean, it was very comfortable. Beautifully appointed.

There is restaurant service during the season. There is a laundry for doing your clothes. Very nice after a week of travel!

Beautiful setting, lovely accommodations, very spacious. Pictures are even better than on the web. Pictures really cannot do it justice.
The owners do not speak English but are so gracious that communication was accomplished.
It is less than half an hour from Florence and it is perfectly situated to visit Tuscany.

1) Main problem was lack of any fans (or other cooling measures) within the property as the weather remained extrememly hot overnight, and although internal and external shutters on the windows did help during the day, additional cooling would have helped - even if there was an additional charge for their use.
2) Some of the younger childen on site stayed up very late at night playing and were noisy up to about 11:30pm - hanging around the doorway to the stairs which echoed around the stair well - especially if you were having an early night to get up early the next morning.
3) Overall a very pleasant stay however and would recommend the Fattoria to a friend.
