• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: from 02.00 pm.
  Check-out: before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The rate is per room included buffet-breakfast.
  
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is included and it's buffet breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, it's possible to settle the bill on arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  French, German, English and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  2 floors, without elevator/lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All rooms are quiet and romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Elite Double Rooms have balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we don't divide smoking or non-smoking rooms.
  
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Only 9 Standard Double Rooms are without satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  All rooms have telehone with direct dialling.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  The air conditioning is only in the Elite Double Rooms and it's included in the room rate.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we have.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Siena and in Florence.
  
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Shops and supermarket are in San Gimignano.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence 60km, Siena 30km, Pisa 70km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  San Gimignano.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Pisa and Florence.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  San Gimignano.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Poggibonsi at 13km.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  We have a Therapeutic Jacuzzi bathtub.
  
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  The Hotel is without Restaurant. There isn't dining room at the Hotel.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
