• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from 3pm until 8pm, Check Out before 10am
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per apartment per week.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Italian breakfast is free. English breakfast 11 EUR per day per person.
• Is heating included in the price?
  No.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  No, at check-out.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English, French and a little German and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  On ground and first floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  All linens and towels are supplied by the property.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  There are terraces (Loggia) and court yards but they aren't exclusive.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  There are no balconies.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  No.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, we have a 10 seats car parking.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Arezzo or Monte S. Savino.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, we are just in the middle of our own vineyards and fields.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence 70 km, Siena 30 km, Pisa 140 km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Lucignano 2 km; Monte S.Savino 3 km.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Nearest bus stops are in Lucignano (2km) and Monte S.Savino (3km).
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Monte S.Savino. Otherwise Sinalunga, Rigomagno or Arezzo (max distance 12 km).
  
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
