• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm until 7pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The prices indicated are per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  On the ground or first floor, it depend.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, they are but only first equipment and weekly change.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  All apartment have a private balcony or verandah.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?

• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?

  No, but our guests have the free use of a swimming pool 5 minutes far away with car.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Follonica 17 km far.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, in the center of the town, 200 mt.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, in the country.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence 120 km, Siena 60 km and Pisa 150 km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Villa Pegaso is in the town of Massa Marittima.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Pisa Airport "Galileo Galilei".
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  "Metropolis", at 200 m from the villa. To reach the villa go up the stairs and the villa is at the top of them.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Follonica, 17 km far.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
