 Restaurants:
- the Restaurant "I Salotti",awarded with one star on Michelin Guide 2003-2004-2005-2006-2007 is the jewel of the entire estate. Very creative cuisine, which takes inspiration from the "Noble Tuscan Cuisine" and try to find a perfect balance between tradition and innovativeness.Excellent wine selection of over than 1000 labels and oil list of 60 items.
- The restaurant La Taverna, located in the old cellars, offers local Tuscan dishes. It has a country Tuscan style with fire-place and furnishings which remember the old tavern where grilled meat was served together with a glass of wine. A simple cooking and the famous wines of this area, good quality ingredients, together with the warm hospitality of the staff, make it the right place to taste the delicious Tuscan typical food. La Taverna gives you the possibility to take the half board or you can also ask special agreement for business lunch or dinner.
The gourmet restaurant I Salotti is open from mid April to mid September (except on Mondays and Tuesdays) while La Taverna is open all year round. Reservation is necessary. |
 Breakfast is served in the intimate "Torchi" room.
Cooking courses (daily or weekly) are organized on request with English-speaking staff.

| At the nearest village, you can find various facilities you need, bank, post office, pharmacy, grocery,shops ecc. Chianciano is only 4 kilometers away. Hotel Il Patriarca is about 1 km from the Highway Roma-Firenze, nearly half way between them (Chiusi-Chianciano Terme exit). For this reason many historical and artistic towns of the centre of Italy are easily reacheable: Perugia is only 60 km away, Florence and Rome about 120 km, Siena and Arezzo 70 km. |
