Situated on the rocky part of the coast that leads from Versilia to Castiglioncello, Villa Paradiso is in an ideal location to enjoy both beautiful views and sunshine when on a sunny day it possible to see as far as the island of Corsica. |
The villa, 20 km from Livorno and 110 from Florence, dates back to the last century and was built on an the ruins of an ancient building virtually on top of a pointed rock that leans over the sea, on the level. |
Even in the remotest rooms of the house it is possible to perceive the waves crashing against the rocks. Facing the sea on one side, on the other there is a vast patch of mediterranean parkland which borders with the sea and literally precipitates into the water. |
It is right on top of this rock that you can find the swimming pool (15 m x 10 m; deep 3,70 m) which is closed in "Low sea/no swim" period". This is not an ordinary swimming pool, it is fed by the sea water and its colour and position make it a very inviting choice for those who want enchanting views over the beautiful sea. |
Its originality makes this a very unique pool that you will not be able to find anywhere else. There is a panoramic terrace that surrounds the pool where it is also possible to enjoy the views while relaxing under the warmth of the sun. |
