• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check in at 5 pm - check out at 10 am
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment per week starting Saturday.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Not included
• Is heating included in the price?
  No heating, as the Villa is open from May till October inclusive.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  No, only prepayment 30 days before arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The Villa is all on the ground-floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The Villa is all quiet, private and romantic, if a Villa of the 15 century can be called romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Everything is included in the price.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  The Villa is surrounded by a park and there is a terrace overlooking the Mugello area.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Again the Villa is surrounded by park lands visible from the terrace.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  We have only one very large apartment (500 mq.) and clients are able to smoke if they wish.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is a Satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  There is no telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No air conditioning, as the house is very cool in the summer.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  There is a dining-room, billiard-room, TV room, living-room.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we haven't.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there is a lighted pool 6x12.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, parking available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Barberino di Mugello 6km.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  In Barberino di Mugello (6km )or in Cavallina di Mugello( 2km). The second one is a very small place.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  No, but clients can reach the Chianti area very easily.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence (exit Florence Nord A1) 18 km. Siena 90 km. Pisa 90km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Barberino di Mugello, Borgo S.Lorenzo.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Firenze Peretola (20 km).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we haven't.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Cavallina di Mugello.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Firenze Main Railway Staion.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, they are.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but we can provide a cooking service.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
