Coming from North: exit the highway A1 Milano-Roma at Firenze Certosa (the third exit for Florence, after Firenze Nord and Firenze Signa).As you leave the highway immediately drive onto the "raccordo autostradale" towards Siena. The drive to Siena is about 60 km, exit the highway at Siena Ovestand drive onto the road SS73 (Ponente) towards Massa Marittima.
Coming from Fiumicino Airport, Rome: take the main highway towards Rome, but be prepared to turn off after some 8 kms towards north on the ring-road around Rome to join the highway A1 (follow the green sings to Firenze). Exit at Betolle-Val di Chiana and follow the directions to Siena. When in Siena follow the directions to Florence and at Siena Ovest drive onto the road SS73 (Ponente) towards Massa Marittima.
Coming from Ciampino Airport, Rome: take the ring-road north, following the green signs to A1 Firenze. Exit at Betolle-Val di Chiana and follow the directions to Siena. When in Siena follow the directions to Florence and at Siena Ovest drive onto the road SS73 (Ponente) towards Massa Marittima.
You are nearly there: Drive beyond the small village of Costafabbri. When the road begins to descend, on the right you will see indications for Terenzano and Belcaro. Follow this small road up to the top of the hill until you reach a T-junction. Turn to the left here (the right will take you to Belcaro) and you have reached Villa Pantanino which you will recognize by a garden wall with arches which runs around the property. Drive into the gate, where we will be expecting you between 4 and 7 pm.
