- At what time can we check-in and out?
All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
Our prices are per apartament. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
We do not offer the breakfast. - Is heating included in the price?
The heating is not included in the price. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
Yes, they can settle the bill on arrival. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
We speak English and Italian - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
Our apartaments are on the ground-floor. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
Our apartaments can be considered romantic and all the rooms are private and quite. - Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
All linens and towels are provided. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
The two houses have a private terrace. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
We do not have balconies. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
All our rooms are non smoking, anyway there is plenty of areas where the guest can smoke. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
Each house has a TV. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
We did not instaled yet a telephone in our holiday house but for any problem you can use our house telephone. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
Our houses has not air conditioning. - Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
We do not have a dinning room for dine together. - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
If necessary you can use the internet but there is not an internet point. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
We have a swimmimg pool for our guests. - Is parking or garage available?
Yes, parking is available. - Where can we rent a car?
In all airports and also we have a car rental in Chianciano, Camucia. - Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
The nearest place for shopping is distant about 3 km from our houses. - Are there vineyards nearby?
There are many vineyards in this region like Chianti classico, Montapulciano, Montalcino. - How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
Florence is 100 km, Siena is 60 km, Pisa is 150 km - Which is the nearest village or town?
Cortona is the nearest village. - Which is the nearest airport?
There are various airports: Firenze(Amerigo Vespucci), Perugia, however both Rome, Pisa and Bologna airports are each within 2 hours. - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
From the airport there are high speed trains from Camucia to Arezzo, Firenze, Rome,ecc. - Which is the nearest bus-stop?
The nearest bus stop is about 1 km distant from our house. - Which is the nearest railway station?
The nearest railway station is at Camucia. - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
We do not have a fitness center. - Are pets welcome?
We have also two lovely dogs so of course are welcome the pets. - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
We do not have a restaurant in our property, but there are several nearby - Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
No at the moment.
