• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 10am until 8pm, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, it is not included. Breakfast has an additional cost.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?

• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  All rooms are in the second or first floor and there is no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all of them.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  We provide them.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, 2 rooms have a terrace.

• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, there are not.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a satellite TV in every room.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?

• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
