  Check-in: from 04.00 pm. to 07.00 pm.

  The price is per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No.
• Is heating included in the price?
  No.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  All the apartment are from the first and second floor, with out the lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all the apartments are very quiet and romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, some have the balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  We prefer no-smoking guests.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, with international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?

• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?

• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?

  Yes, close to the property.

• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence at 45 km or Pisa at 95 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Just in front of the building.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Castellina Scalo or Poggibonsi.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Only a small pets on request.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
