• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday until 7pm, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, it is not.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Palazzo Masi is on two separate floors. There is no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, they are quite, private and romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linen and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not, but mostly of them have a nice view on the city.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All the rooms have satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is not.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No, there is not.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  A garage is available only for bicycles and bikes. There is a fee-paying parking nearby called Il Campo parking.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In a car rental situated 30 meters far from us.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence is 60 km far, Pisa 80 km.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  "Amerigo Vespucci" Airport in Florence.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  It is 30 meters far.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  It is Siena railway station, only 4 km far from us.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, they are not.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you cannot.
