  There are two floors, no lift.

  Yes, all this area and apartments are quiet and private.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, linen and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  The "Tramonto" Apartment has a porch with garden furniture.

  The "Laghetto" Apart. has a balcony with garden furniture.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, satellite TV in all our apartments.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, the apartments are with out telephone line.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is no air conditioning.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  All apartments have a dining room.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, there is not an Internet Point.

  Yes.

  Yes, parking is available inside the property.

  In Siena.
