• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm until 8pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The prices are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is included in the price of the room.We offer a continental breakfast which includes: rolls, pastries, cold meats and cheese, cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit juices, coffee and tea. A simple hot breakfast is also available (scrambled eggs and ham).
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  No, because we have to receive the balance upon the arrival. (View Payment Policy).
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English,french, german and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  we have three floors without an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Each room is independent. One of our apartments can be considered "romantic" as it is a loft at the third floor. Our rooms are peaceful and private.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Each room has satellite TV. BBC World, CNN, eurosport and german channel are included.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, with no extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Outdoor swimming-pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Viareggio.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence: 110 km

• Which is the nearest airport?
  Pisa airport 30 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
