• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 4pm until 7pm, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Rates are per room per day and per apartment per week.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  It consists of milk, coffee ("espresso" or American), "Cappuccino", Tea, Croissant, Corn Flakes, Yogurt, cheese and ham, formaggio, juices, butter, jam, bread,... breakfast is included for the guests of the rooms. The guests of the apartments may use the breakfast room at extra charges (payment on spot).
• Is heating included in the price?
  No.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There is no lift and rooms/apartemnts are located on the ground floor or on the first floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  No.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No need of air conditioned accommodation.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Each estate is equipped with swimming pools except Casa della Magliaccia, but guests can use the Palagetto swimming pool, since they also have free access to this estate.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is a secure private parking in our properties.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In San Gimignano.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence is 40 km far, Siena is 30 km far, Pisa is 80 km far, Volterra is 25 km far.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  San Gimignano.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  "A. Vespucci" in Florence.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  San Gimignano.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is in Poggibonsi.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
