 Il Palagetto Villa:
Apartment no.1 La Torre (sq.mt. 120 - 5 guests): This amazing three-storey apartment is located on the first floor Castle inside the ancient medieval tower. Immediately after the entrance one can find a living room with fire place and at its top the heraldic coat of arms of the former proprietors. Two steps upper there is a dining room with terrace and a small kitchen. On the upper floor there are: a double room, a single room and one bathroom. Furthermore, on the second floor, on the top of the tower, there is a wonderful double room with a small bathroom. |
 Apartment no.2 Il Fattore (sq.mt. 76 - 4 guests): This apartment is located on the first floor and it consists of an independent entrance, a small dining room with kitchenette, a fireplace, two double rooms and two bathrooms.
Apartment no.3 L'Orcio (sq.mt. 38 - 2+2 guests): This delicious apartment is located on the ground floor and it is composed by a dining room with kitchenette, a sofa bed, a double room with bathroom. There is also a terrace before the entrance. |
 Apartment no.5 La Cantina (sq.mt. 42 - 4 guests): It is located on the ground floor and it is composed by a dining room with kitchenette, a sofa bed, two double rooms and two bathrooms.
Apartment no.6 La Tinaia (sq.mt. 61 - 2+2 guests): It is located on the ground floor and it is composed by an ample living/dining room with a kitchenette and a sofa bed and a bathroom. There is a mezzanine with a double room.
Apartment no.7 La Mezza torre (sq.mt. 50 - 2+2 guests): It is located on the first floor and it is composed by a living/dining room with a kitchenette, a sofa bed, one bathroom, and a spacious double room with a queen size bed. All these apartments have a private outdoor area equipped with tables, chairs and umbrellas ideal for outdoor dinners or lunches. |
 Il Palagetto GuestHouse:
There are 5 guest rooms, two triples and three doubles, all equipped with en-suite bathroom with shower. For these rooms the agreed treatment will be: "Bed & Breakfast". In fact in the dining room on the first floor we will daily serve an enrich breakfast.
La Casa della Magliaccia: It is located 3 km from the historical centre of San Gimignano. It's a recently restored small and independent house, consisting of a large fully equipped kitchen, two bed rooms, a bathroom and a cellar room with fireplace. There is also a private garden, enclosed with automatic gate. |
 Il Poggio farmhouse:
It consists of 4 guestrooms en-suite (B&B treatment) and 5 self-catered apartments. Each guestroom is equipped with private bathroom with shower, comfortable queen size beds and they are located on the first floor of the building. Daily an enrich breakfast is served in the large dining room.
