• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: within 05.00 pm.
  Check-out: within 10.00 am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room/apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Heating during the period from 15/10 to 15/04 no.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English but we can respond (reasonably quickly) to e-mails received in German, French and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Either ground or first floor depending upon the Apartment.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  There are quiet, private and romantic bedrooms, we have many honeymoon couples.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  All linens and towels are supplied by the property.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No but there is a telephone available in the Reception and we have a few cellular/mobile phones for hire during the course of a Guest's stay.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  There are two pools that are open during the summer months, usually from mid-May to mid-September depending on the weather.
• Is parking or garage available?
  The is covered car parking available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At Florence Main Train Station (Santa Maria Novella), Florence (Peretola) and Pisa Airports.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  The nearest grocery store is only 1 1/2 km away and it is open every day except Tuesday from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  There are vineyards all around the Estate.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence 24 km, Siena 55 km, Pisa 87 km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Rignano sull'Arno.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Incisa val d'Arno at 9 km.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Incisa val d'Arno at 9 km.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Yes, tennis court.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
