• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: from 16:00 pm to 19.00 pm.
  Check-out: before 10.30 am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  You will pay at the moment of check-out.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  All rooms accept "Gracciano" is on the first floor. Gracciano is on the ground floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes..
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  2 of the suites has private entrances with a small terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  None.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Chiusi, Chianciano Terme, 22 km away.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  We have a big room where the breakfast is served, but we do not supply with dinner service.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At Florence/Pisa Airports. Or Avis rent a car in Chiusi.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence about 120 km; Siena 70 km; Pisa about 200 km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Montepulciano, 1 km away.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Firenze, 120 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  In Partigliano or in Valdottavo, with several departures to Lucca.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Chiusi, Chianciano Terme, 22 km away.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
