• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 12.30pm until 6pm, Check Out before 9.30am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, it is not included.
• Is heating included in the price?
  No, it is not included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 2 floors in some apartments, but we do not have the lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are private and quiet rooms.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  All linen and towels are provided. No pool towels.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  All the apartments have a private garden with barbecue.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Pettirosso and Rondine have a small balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do, because we recommend our guests to not smoke inside the apartments.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not, but if requested in advance we can provide a mobile phone during the stay.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is not air conditioning in the apartments but there are electric fans.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is in the apartments.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not have.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there is a swimming pool, 12 m x 6 m. and it is open from May to September included.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, parking is available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Poggibonsi (the nearest town), in S.Gimignano or Siena.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  There are plenty of shops and supermarkets 2,5 km away.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, there are: the area is surrounded by vineyards where you can buy local wine or visit a typical Chianti cellar.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence is 38 km. Siena is 28 km. far and Pisa is 80 km. far.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The nearest town is Poggibonsi.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Florence.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Only upon request and at an extra charge.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  In Poggibonsi 2,5 km away.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  In Poggibonsi 2,5 km away.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Sorry, no pets are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not but there are some restaurants are located nearby.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can not.
