• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Rooms and suites check in from 4 pm to 7 pm and check out before 11 am while for the apartments check in is from 4 to 6 pm and check out before 10 am. The office open every day from 8.30 to 12.30 and from 15.30 to 19.00
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per room per day, per apartment per week.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Only for the rooms and suites. We serve breakfast buffet from 8,30 to 10,00. If you stay in apartments you can have the breakfast at an extra price.
• Is heating included in the price?
  No, it isn't for the apartments.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, if you prefer it.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The apartments 1/2/3/4 are on the first floor, the others are on the second floor. The deluxe rooms are all at the first floor, the suites are on the ground and on the first floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Every rooms are nice, everyone with different color.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, You'll find it in the apartment.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Only the apartments 1 and 4.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Apartments 2/3/9 and one double room.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  We havn't for this year.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Every apartments and rooms have TV-Sat.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  All the apartments and rooms have the telephone and you can call outside but is possible to recive telephone calls only in the office time.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, the 6 rooms and the 13 suites have the air conditioning free of charge. Apartments do not have air conditioning.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, the apartments have a dinnig room.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we haven't.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, we have a swimming pool for adults and one for the children. Swimming pool opens the 15th May and closes the 15th September.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Of course, there's a lot of place for your car.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At Chiusi, but if you want they can bring here a car for you.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, inside we have a shop where you can find the tipical Tuscan products (wine, extra virgin olive oil) and at about 2 km there's a market.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, around the swimming pool.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence 94 Km, Siena 45 Km, Pisa Km 198.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Montepulciano just few minutes from the Farmhouse Acquaviva 2 km, Gracciano 1 km. Is not possible arrive in Montepulciano walking because the road is busy. To visit all the area is higly reccomended to have a car
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence Airport, Pisa Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  About 300 mt there's a bus stop to go to Montepulciano but the buses are not very frequently. is better to have a car.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  In Montepulciano stazione about 3 km (only trains from Siena but you can't find any taxi outside the rail station, than if you want to arrive there, advise us in advance and will book a taxi for you))and in Chiusi, on the line Rome- Florence, at about 15 km.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No just the swimming pool but we have an agreement with San Casciano dei Bagni spa, with the Montepulciano spa and with the Terme sensoriali in Chianciano Terme.
• Are pets welcome?
  On request and only in the suites on the ground floor and in the apartments.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, with home made pasta, tipical t bone steak and tipical food of the area. The restaurant closes on Tuesday except in July and August.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can use the telephone line.
