• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, the price includes American buffet breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  No, the bill is usually settled upon departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English, French and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The building has 3 floors and there is an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Our Junior Suite Tower has two balconies.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, all rooms have LCD TV with Internet connection, video on demand and satellite channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, all rooms have two direct-dialling telephones: one in the room and one in the bathroom.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is and it is free of charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not have an Internet point but all rooms have an Internet connection.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is a parking available but it is charged extra.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car in Lucca.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Firenze is about 70 km away, Siena 100 km and Pisa about 20 km.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Pisa airport is the nearest airport and it is about 25 km away.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not but we can organize a pick up service at the arrival.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The bus station is located in Piazzale Verdi, very close to the hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Lucca train station about 5 minutes walk from the hotel.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, but all rooms have jacuzzi shower.
• Are pets welcome?
  Sorry, pets are not welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
