• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per apartment.
  
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  On request we offer a Tuscan breakfast which includes: cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit juices, coffee and tea and tipical cake homemade.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, if you prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  All the apartments are on the ground floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All the apartments are quiet.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, you will find them in the apartment.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Girasole and Giglio apartments have an indipendent terrace facing the entrance.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, if you want.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Only Glicine apartment has a TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Apartments do not have air conditioning but they are very cool.
  
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, the apartments have a dining room.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, we have the swimming pool and it is open all the year long.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Of course, all the guests have an independent parking.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At Chiusi, but if you want we can arrange it for you.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, inside the Farmhouse we have a shop where you can find the tipical Tuscan products (wine, extra virgin olive oil, honey) and at about 5 km there is a grocery store.
  
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, all around the farm.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence 95 Km, Siena 45 Km, Pisa Km 200.
  
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Montepulciano is just few minutes from the farmhouse, Acquaviva 6 km, Gracciano 4 km.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence Airport.
  
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  At about 2 km.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  In Montepulciano at about 6 km, and in Chiusi, the most important, at about 17 km.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, just the swimming pool.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, on request.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, with tipical Tuscan cooking.
  
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
