• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 5pm until 7pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No.
• Is heating included in the price?
  No.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The apartment Vasari is on the ground floor.
  The apartment Brunelleschi is on the first floor. No elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linens and towels are provided with a weekly change.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  The Brunelleschi apartment has a balcony in the double room..
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  A satellite tv is placed in each apartment.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No air conditioning.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Close to the apartments it is very easy to find a car parking place.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Greve in Chianti and in Firenze.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence and Siena are 30 Km away from Panzano. Pisa is 110 Km away.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Greve in Chianti.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Firenze.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  200 meters away.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Firenze Santa Maria Novella Station, 30 Km away (reachable by bus).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
