• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm until 7pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, breakfast is included in the price.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, heating is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, of course.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 2 floors, but there is not an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, we have many kinds of room, suite rooms, double rooms, triple rooms, very confortable, cosy, romantic with view over the Tuscan countryside.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, they are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All our rooms are non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a television in each room but we do not have international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not but at the reception desk you can have the possibility to call outside.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is not but the farmhouse is situated in the hill, so it is not very hot.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is a large dining room with TV and fireplace.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, there is at the reception desk.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there is a swimming pool (7 x 14) that is opened from April to Octber.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, the parking is available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car in Poggibonsi or Siena.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there is a supermarket in the centre of San Gimignano,(8 km) and 2 supermarkets in Poggibonsi (20 km).
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, we are on a green hill surrounded by olive trees and vineyards, as we are in the Chianti area, where we produce Chianti and Vernaccia DOCG.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence 50 kms, Siena 40 kms, Pisa 60 kms.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The nearest villages are San Gimignano (8 kms), Certaldo (15 kms) and Poggibonsi (15 kms).
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airports are Firenze 60 kms and Pisa 70 kms.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus-stop is Poggibonsi-San Gimignano.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Poggibonsi (15 kms).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, they are not.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can not.
